This hotel has a stunning location that really enhances your stay, and the atmosphere is so inviting. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious meals and plenty of options at breakfast. However, finding well-marked hiking trails can be a bit tricky, and the TV reception left a lot to be desired. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for relaxation and outdoor activities.
I had a wonderful time at the Gasthof Walisgaden, nestled perfectly in the mountains, which made skiing incredibly convenient. The views from our room were nothing short of spectacular, and the meals were a delightful highlight of our stay. However, I did find the lack of a cozy lounge area for relaxation after skiing a bit disappointing. Overall, a fantastic experience with a rustic charm that makes this place really special!

I had a lovely week at Gasthof Walisgaden enjoying skiing with my family. The location is outstanding, set right on the slopes which made getting out for skiing super convenient. The accommodations were comfortable, though a bit sparse in furnishings. Meals were a highlight, especially the four-course dinner that was delicious every night. However, the lounge area could really use some improvement as it felt quite basic after a long day of skiing.
